Lumie Craft was born during the still, quiet moments of maternity leave.

What started as a way to stay sane and creative became a love letter to resilience, motherhood, and light.

Named after my son Elian whose name means “light”, every handmade piece is a little reminder that beauty grows in slow seasons.

Product Care Guide

Every Lumie Craft piece is handmade with love, care, and intention. To keep your décor items looking their best, please follow these simple care tips:

💡 General Care

Indoor Use Only: All Lumie Craft items are designed for indoor decorative use.

Keep Dry: The material used is water-sensitive. Avoid placing items in humid areas or exposing them to water.

Wipe Gently: Clean using a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

🍽️ For Bowls Intended for Food Use

• Select bowls are finished with a food-safe wax sealant, making them safe for dry, non-liquid foods (e.g., fruits, nuts, snacks).

• Do not use for oily, acidic, or wet foods.

• Always hand wipe clean with a dry or damp cloth — do not soak or place in dishwasher.

🕯️ For Decorative Bowls, Trays & Holders

• Not all bowls are food-safe. Unless stated otherwise, pieces are intended for decorative use only.

• Avoid Oil & Spills: Oil-based products may stain the surface. Wipe immediately if contact occurs.

🕯️ For Candle Holders & Vases

• Use on a heat-resistant surface if used with candles.

• Do not expose to water or place fresh flowers directly inside unless using a waterproof insert.

🧽 Handling & Storage

• Handle with care — while durable, the material can chip or break if dropped.

• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

🌿 A Natural Finish

Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Small air bubbles, color variations, and surface texture are natural characteristics of the material used and are not considered defects — they’re what make your piece unique.

Shipping Policy

At Lumie Craft, we take pride in getting your handmade pieces to you safely and on time.

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1–5 business days**. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped, and a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and selected delivery method at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

📬 Tracking Information

You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

🌍 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Lumie Craft is not responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to customs clearance.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

At Lumie Craft, each piece is handmade with care, love, and intention. Due to the nature of our craft and the individuality of every item, we have a few important guidelines around returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are individually handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, or minor imperfections that naturally occur in handmade pieces.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us at LumieCraft.ca@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damage or defect

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Lost or Missing Orders

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. However, we’re happy to assist you with next steps or a carrier claim.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email LumieCraft.ca@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, production may have started, and cancellation may not be possible.
